INFINITY Low Or High Speed Train Weighing System
The Weigh In Motion Infinity – ‘LS’ weighbridge system is the ideal low speed (up to 15 km/h) solution for mine loadouts, industrial plants, cement plants, power stations, steel mills etc. It consists of 2 electronic weigh sleepers & 4 dummy sleepers braced together forming one solid structure, including accessories, control cabinet and a PC with train weighing software providing the operator axle, bogie and wagon weight data in real time. This unique train weighing system enables the loading operator to regulate the filling so that the wagons are not overloaded. Train weighing results can be accessed from any location. via internet.
The High Speed Weigh In Motion Infinity – ‘HS’ is capable of train weighing up to 80 km/h, dependent on track/site conditions, test train and rolling stock. The system consists of 6 electronic weigh sleepers & 12 dummy sleepers braced together, including accessories same as ‘LS’ model. Installation of the Infinity ‘HS’ and ‘LS’ train weighing system takes approximately 1 ~ 3 days and can be done between trains, timing dependant. Concrete foundation or civil works are not always required, however this is greatly dependent upon site conditions.

The MTW is a train weighing system that can be used to weigh and spot check a rail vehicle anywhere anytime stationary or in motion. It offers one of the world’s most convenient, safe & accurate train weighing solutions. The MTW design incorporates a chassis arrangement with an integrated loadcell and this design means weight is applied directly to the loadcell and not through the rail. The advantage of weighing axle by axle is that there is no restriction with regards to wagon type. The MTW is factory pre-calibrated so that no transport of test weights are required.

The FORCE 1 Transport system features a Trakblaze Static/Dynamic Controller with direct ethernet capabilities interfaced to your workplace PC, laptop or a handheld device. The PC is preloaded with Trakblaze’s user-friendlyproven and reliable software. The total truck weight is then derived from the summation of the individual axle loads and displayed on the PC interface and external remote LED display whilst also printed out for log books or archiving. Alternatively, for dusty or challenging environments the FORCE 1 controller can be upgraded to a rack/wall mounted rittal enclosure turnkey. FORCE 2 & 3 - The World’s Toughest Mining Truck Scale
The range of FORCE portable and fixed mining dump truck scales are the ultimate in weighing technology for off road heavy haulage applications. Each system is designed to optimise accuracy and built to last! FORCE can be a fixed or portable mobile system made up of a combination of 2 or 4 individual weigh pads and measure the load on each wheel axle group and the total weight of a dump truck. The modern modular design enables the FORCE to be configured to weigh any make and model of mining haul truck.
In addition the FORCE series can even monitor your employees travel and productivity times (optional). Features either a touch screen PC controller mounted in a weatherproof enclosure or a PC based rack system loaded with Trakblaze’s proven and reliable user friendly software. The total truck weight is then derived from the summation of the individual wheel and axle loads and displayed on the PC interface.
Load Sensors
Each hi-technology weigh pad incorporates multiple heavy duty “OIML approved” temperature compensated load cells. The strategic positioning of these sensors within the pad allows for off-center wheel loads to be measured accurately and with a safe overload sufficient to deal with the inertia and shock effects of a loaded mining truck braking on the weigh pad.
Accuracy
Accuracies of approx. ± 0.05 in static mode and ± 0.5% in dynamic (in-motion) mode (Gross Vehicle Mass). This is achievable dependent upon the site conditions and the operator.
Calibration
Each FORCE system is factory calibrated prior to shipment. We also offer an optional in-field calibration portable test press unit, which can be used at site by local service personnel.
