Rexline Engineering to prepare an NPK granulation machine for SAMF

JAKARTA – PT Rexline Engineering Indonesia (PT REI) obtained a contract worth IDR 64 billion for the installation of one line of NPK granulation machine in the fertiliser plant of PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk (SAMF).

Yahya Taufik, President Director of Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur explained that REI would assemble and install one machine line with a capacity of 100,000 tons for one of its subsidiaries in Mojokerto, East Java. “The company is officially partnering with one of the well-established engineering contractors to increase factory capacity,” he stated in the information disclosure, quoted Wednesday (24/11).

According to Taufik, the installation of this supporting facility for the production line has entered the final stage. The imported machine from India will arrive in January 2022, and the production will commence by the second quarter of 2022.

With this additional production line, SAMF projects the NPK fertiliser production to rise to 700,000 tons per year from 600,000 tons per year. (LK/ZH)
